Shipping, tracking and returns

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm Mountain Time on a business day are normally picked and packed the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day. Every parcel is picked from batch SS-26R-0417 of the 2026 run.

Delivery times

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the label is scanned by the carrier. If it has not moved after three business days, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will open a trace rather than asking you to wait it out.

If a parcel arrives damaged or wrong

Photograph the parcel and the bottles before you unpack anything further, then email the photographs with your order number. Replacements for damaged or incorrect parcels ship at our cost, including return postage, and we do not ask you to send the damaged goods back before the replacement leaves.

Returns

Returns are handled under the 60 day money back guarantee. Ask for a return address first, send back what is left including empties, and the refund is issued to your original payment method once the return arrives. Return postage is the customer's responsibility except where the parcel arrived damaged or incorrect.

What we cannot accept

We cannot accept returns of bottles bought anywhere other than this portal. A marketplace or pharmacy purchase was not supplied by us, cannot be traced to a production run and is not covered by the guarantee. The verification page explains how to tell.

International orders

This portal is the authorized United States channel. Where the manufacturer has arrangements in other countries, the support desk can tell you what applies. We would rather say no than ship something into a customs regime that will hold it.
