What we will never ask for

We will never ask for your card number, your CVV or your bank login by email, by text or on the phone. Payment happens once, on the authorized checkout page, and never through a support conversation. Anyone asking otherwise is not us.

Orders, delivery and refunds

Orders leave within one business day and take three to six business days across the United States. Tracking is emailed when the parcel ships. Refunds run under the 60 day guarantee, and payment and dispatch are handled by the manufacturer's authorized checkout and fulfillment partner, which is why your card statement may show their descriptor rather than ours.
