The promise in one paragraph

Every SodaSlim order placed on this portal carries a money back guarantee for 60 days from the date of purchase. Opened bottles and empty bottles are included. There is no restocking fee and no requirement to justify the request.

Making a request

Email [email protected] with your order number before the 60 days elapse. You will receive a return address by reply, usually the same business day. Requests made after day 60 fall outside the guarantee, and we apply that date consistently rather than case by case.

Returning the product

Send back every bottle from the order, including empties. Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the parcel arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect, in which case we cover it and do not ask for the damaged goods first.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives. Card issuers typically post the credit within three to ten business days. The $9.99 shipping charge on the two bottle run is not refunded. Free shipping runs carry no deduction.

Purchases made elsewhere

This guarantee applies only to orders placed on sodaslimz.com. Bottles bought from a marketplace, an auction listing, a pharmacy or any third party were not supplied by us, cannot be traced to a production run, and cannot be refunded here. Raise those with the platform you bought from.

Damaged or incorrect parcels

Photograph the parcel and its contents before unpacking further and email the images with your order number. Replacements ship at our cost.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet shipped, say so and we will cancel it outright rather than putting you through a return. Once a tracking number exists, the return process above applies.

Subscriptions

There are none. Every order on this portal is a one time purchase, and nothing recurs on your card.
